These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and guidelines for engaging with
Technovertical. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Revision Policy
At Technovertical, we are committed to ensuring your project meets your exact requirements.
- The number of free revisions depends on the package purchased. Once the allocated quota is used, additional
revisions will incur a fee, based on the complexity of changes. - Unlimited revisions packages include up to 10 revision rounds.
- Logo design: 24–48 hours
- Website design: 24–48 hours
- Web development: 24–48 hours (depending on complexity)
- Free revisions apply only for the first 3 business days after initial concept delivery. Revision requests after
this period may be subject to additional charges.

New Order Turnaround Time
The estimated turnaround times for new orders are:
- Logo design: 24–48 hours
- Website design (home/index page, including revamps): minimum 48 hours
- Website development (static website, 5–7 pages): 5–7 business days
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will begin processing on the following Monday
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted under specific conditions:
- An All-in-One package was purchased, and the primary design concept has not been approved.
- Refund request is made within 14 days of purchase, and no revisions have been requested.
- Refund due to a contract breach by Allusive Digital that we are unable to resolve.
- Revisions were requested and delivered.
- The reason for refund is unrelated to our service quality or delivery.
- You have been unresponsive for 14+ days.
- Company policies were violated.
- Another agency/designer was engaged for the same project.
- The creative brief lacked essential information
- A full design change is requested after concept approval.
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
- Package includes non-refundable services (e.g., social media, SEO, domain, hosting).
- Project entered the development phase after design approval.
- Applicable transaction fees will be deducted from any approved refund.
- Upon refund, all rights to delivered work revert to Allusive Digital. You may not use, share, or distribute the
refunded work.

Ownership of Projects
- Clients receive full ownership rights upon project completion.
- If a project is stopped midway and ownership is requested, a transfer fee may apply based on the project stage.
Quality Assurance Policy
We aim for 100% satisfaction. Every project undergoes research-based design and multiple checks,
with free revisions provided as outlined in your package.
Delivery Policy
- Final files are delivered via the account/email specified in your order confirmation.
- Delivery follows standard turnaround times, unless an urgent request is approved.
Record Maintenance
We maintain records of finalized work to assist in file recovery if needed.

Our support team is available 24/7 via the official contact channels listed on our website.
Communication Policy
- Only communication via official channels (email: info@technovertical.com, and phone numbers listed on our website) will be considered valid.
- Technovertical is not responsible for any damages resulting from unofficial contact methods.
